Certified Handler Training
We offer two learning options:
- Self-Directed: Learn at your own pace with study materials that cover everything required for certification.

By the end of the course, you will be able to:
- Safely handle Class 6.1A and 6.1B substances in the workplace.
- Manage inventory control, storage, labelling, and signage in compliance with regulations.
- Apply the Hierarchy of Controls to reduce risks.
- Read and interpret Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
- Respond appropriately to chemical-related emergencies.
Chemical Awareness Training
Chemical Awareness training is for all staff working around any hazardous substances. Our Chemical Awareness Training is also perfect for managers or leadership who need to understand chemical management and the fundamentals of chemical handling in the workplace.
This foundational course covers:
- Classification and risks of workplace hazardous substances.
- Proper storage, handling, and disposal of chemicals.
- Workplace emergency response protocols.
The Competent Person Training is also a prerequisite for those pursuing Certified Handler certification and is integrated into our Certified Handler program. You can complete this course in-person or self-directed at your convenience.
